We have discovered a bug in the latest version of the Google Chrome browser that, in some cases, causes PDF documents to not load. Please be advised that this is only a problem with the Google Chrome web browser. We expect that the next update of Chrome will fix it.
The issue mostly has been noticed when attempting to access Certificates of Completion, or PDF attachments to Courses and Toolkits.
However, in the meantime, here are some options for how work around this issue:
- Use a different web browser to access the certificate, such as Firefox or Microsoft Edge (built into Windows)
- Try clearing your cache and cookies in Chrome first - Instructions here
- For some links, you can right-click on the link, and choose "Save Link As" to download the file to your computer and view it there.
- NEW - The latest update of Chrome fixes this issue - please update your Chrome browser version as soon as possible
